The Plugged Nickel Suite is a 3 movement 25 min. Big Band Suite based on three pieces from Miles Davis Plugged Nickel Recordings written to feature the trumpet alto and tenor sax . Flute required in 1st alto. These recordings were played by Jon's Seattle based Jazz Orchestra and Feature Trumpet player Ingrid Jensen.
